Support workers assist with cleaning, tidying and general home maintenance, always working in partnership with the participant and respecting their home and belongings, while supporting independence wherever possible.
Assistance with Self-Care Activities
This support provides respectful, personalised assistance with daily self-care activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming and medication reminders. Delivered according to each participant's preferences and instructions, it upholds privacy, dignity and informed choice, while encouraging independence wherever appropriate.
Shopping Assistance
Our Shopping Assistance support helps participants manage everyday shopping, in person or online. Support workers assist with shopping lists, navigating stores, managing orders and carrying items, following each participant's preferences and giving them the final say in what is purchased and how the task is carried out.
Find and Keep Job - Employment Support
Our Employment Support service works alongside participants to build the skills, confidence and connections needed to pursue meaningful employment. Support includes interview preparation, resume and cover letter development, and identifying opportunities aligned with each participant's goals, with the participant directing what a suitable career pathway looks like for them.
Assistance with Travel - Transport Support
EdenCare Solutions provides safe, reliable transport support to help participants attend appointments, community activities and everyday commitments. Transport is delivered with attention to each participant's individual needs, communication preferences and safety requirements, helping participants stay connected to their community.
Assistance with Social and Community Participation
Our Community Participation support is shaped around each participant's own goals for social connection. Support workers help participants engage with local activities, services and social opportunities of their choosing, supporting genuine inclusion and lasting community connections on their own terms.
Life Skills Development
This service focuses on building the practical, everyday skills that support greater independence and wellbeing. Support workers work collaboratively with each participant, respecting their right to make informed choices as they build confidence to manage daily challenges in ways that suit their own goals.
Cultural Activities
EdenCare Solutions supports participants to engage with culture, community and Country in ways that are meaningful to them. This includes connecting with Elders, cultural events and community activities, respecting each participant's cultural identity and values, delivered in a culturally safe and responsive way.
